Examples of our recent experience in this area include:-

• Acting for Samsung in patent litigation against Ericsson relating to mobile phones, as well as advising on other mobile phone disputes;
• Advising Sony Computer Entertainment Europe in connection with pan European promotions, data protection compliance, competition and consumer protection law, labelling and regulatory requirements as well as a number of transactions;
• Advising Denon in relation to the introduction of a new selective distribution network, including competition law advice and the drafting and negotiation of terms with distributors;
• Acting for Freeview in its arrangements with all set top box manufacturers and retailers, advising in relation to a dispute relating to the use of "Portable Freeview" for the sale of set top boxes;
• Acting for Philips in connection with the sale of unlicensed DVDs and enforcement programmes;
• Advising Electrolux on advertising claims and disputes;
• Acting for Kodak in the management of its property portfolio;
