Working at Bristows - Trainee recruitment

Each year we ask between 6 - 8 graduates to join our team. We're extremely selective because we're looking for the people who will be our future partners. As part of such a small intake you'll have every chance to shine and we'll give you real responsibility earlier than you might expect. We'll also give you an extremely competitive City salary. During the two years' training, you'll spend time in each of our main departments, developing your skills and knowledge. You'll also work closely with our partners, something which is guaranteed to speed up the learning process.
 
We don't just look for super-bright graduates with all the right letters after their name - personality is important too. This is a friendly firm and we want people who will be able to contribute to the atmosphere and will enjoy being part of a supportive culture.
 
We interview twice a year for one intake in September each year. 
Interviews are held during February/March with a closing date for applications of 31 January. 
Interviews held in August have a closing date for applications of 31 July.

We hold placement schemes over the Easter, Summer and Christmas periods.
The closing date for Easter and Summer placement schemes is 28 February and for Christmas, 21 November.  Easter and Christmas are 3 separate one-week placements and Summer is 3 separate two-week placements.
