Juliana joined Bristows in 2005 after training and working post-qualification at a City law firm. She works within the real estate practice.
Juliana has considerable experience on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, institutional investment work, joint venture arrangements, portfolio sales and purchases, sales and leasebacks. Her experience also extends to landlord and tenant and owner/occupier matters including the granting and taking of leases, property finance, re-finances and asset management.
Juliana has acted and advised on numerous high value and complex deals. She advises on real estate issues for clients from a broad range of industry sectors, who include large pension funds, property owners, occupiers, corporations, charities,
