Nick has over 20 years experience of dealing with a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution for clients from a wide range of industry sectors. As well as advising on disputes involving contract and tort, he has experience of acting for clients in claims involving commercial agents regulations, construction and engineering litigation, insolvency and debt recovery, landlord and tenant, medico-legal and personal injury claims, and professional negligence claims.

Nick has been involved in many disputes before the High Court and County Court, including the Technology and Construction Court, and in arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce. He has considerable experience of managing cases up to and including trial, and implementing innovative and cost effective solutions for the settlement of claims.

Nick has also dealt with disputes in the Employment Tribunal, where he had primarily advised and acted for employers in cases relating to discrimination and unfair and wrongful dismissal. He also has an in-depth knowledge of the logistics industry.
