Linda specialises in employment law and has substantial experience of all types of employment issues. She acts for a wide variety of corporate clients and senior executives from a diverse range of industry sectors including IT, pharmaceutical, publishing and sport, in addition to many charities and "not for profit" organisations.
Linda has a particular interest in intra-group restructuring and reorganisations. She advises regularly on executive terminations and challenging disciplinary or grievance issues. With her background as a litigator, Linda's primary interest lies in contentious and advisory matters. However, she also drafts employment contracts, handbooks and consultancy agreements.
As well as her employment expertise, Linda has, for many years, advised professional institutions on disciplinary issues concerning their members and on the compatibility of their disciplinary procedures with the Human Rights Act 1998.
Linda is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She speaks regularly at seminars on a wide range of employment law issues.
