Matt trained with Bristows and qualified in 2004 in the intellectual property litigation department. He undertakes primarily trade mark prosecution and related litigation work.
He has represented both small and multi-national clients from a broad range of industries at both OHIM, UKIPO, the Court of First Instance and the English High Court
Matt has a keen interest in trade mark and brands-related law. In addition to trade marks, Matt also regularly advises clients on copyright and design issues.
