Sophie Cattell

Sophie joined Bristows in 2006, having trained and worked post-qualification at a City firm.  She is a member of the real estate practice. 

Specialising in commercial property law, Sophie's experience covers a broad range of commercial property transactions including: acquisitions and disposals, sales and leasebacks, portfolio investment transactions, landlord and tenant and corporate occupier matters and management issues.  She has also deals with the commercial property aspects of corporate transactions. 

Sophie advises on real estate issues for a range of clients from various industry sectors. Her clients include owners and occupiers, corporations, property developers, investors, pension funds, charities, institutions and private individuals.
