Rachel is an IP and IT specialist with over ten years of experience.  She specialises in advising clients on the non-contentious intellectual property and commercial aspects of their businesses.  She joined Bristows in 1999.
 
Rachel has extensive experience of working for both suppliers and customers in the IT sector. She advises on all types of systems development and acquisition deals and outsourcing arrangements.  She also assists clients in setting up and running their businesses online.  Her computer gaming industry experience includes advising on game development and licensing arrangements.  Additionally, Rachel advises on research, joint development, trial, licensing, supply, distribution, advertising and promotion agreements for clients operating in the pharma, FMCG and manufacturing industries.
 
Rachel is a member of the Society for Computers & Law and regularly writes for Bristows' IT newsletter, the "Cookie Jar".
