Andrew joined the commercial disputes team in September 2009, and has experience of advising on a wide range of disputes.

His experience includes advising on contractual and other commercial disputes, including disputes relating to share purchase agreements, asset lease agreements and company directors' duties. He has particular experience in the financial services sector, including advising on claims involving the mis-selling of complex financial products, the misuse of confidential information and derivatives. Andrew also undertook a secondment working in the litigation team of a global investment bank where he advised on a range of disputes connected with the bank's activities.

Andrew has advised on cases before the High Court, as well as having experience of international arbitration and of regulatory enforcement, including acting on cases brought by the Financial Services Authority and the Office of Fair Trading.  He also has experience of commercial dispute resolution, including pre-action negotiations and mediation.
