David Horner

David is a corporate lawyer whose practice focuses on multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions.  He joined Bristows in 2009 having previously trained and worked in the London office of a leading US law firm.

David has broad experience working with both domestic and international clients across a range of industry sectors, including information technology, clinical research, finance and recruitment.  He advises on a wide range of issues including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and outsourcing arrangements.

David also has extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters and is a CEDR accredited mediator.
