Richard joined Bristows in 2009 and is a corporate lawyer.
Richard has a broad range of experience advising both UK and International clients, including both listed and private companies as well as high net-worth individuals, on corporate and commercial issues.
He has represented clients on private acquisitions and disposals, business start ups and joint ventures, management buy outs, AIM listings, fund raising and financing/refinancing arrangements (both debt and equity).
Richard's clients have operated in a wide variety of sectors including aviation, energy manufacturing industry, pharmaceuticals, financial services, media, consumer products and leisure industries.
